You may cancel a paid service at any time before your Income Tax return has been filed. Once a return has been submitted through the official e-filing channel, the service is considered complete and cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You cancel a paid service before your return has been prepared or filed.
- A technical fault on our platform prevented us from delivering the service you paid for.
- You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same service.
3. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where:
- Your return has already been successfully filed.
- Incorrect information you provided led to an outcome you did not expect.
- The refund request is made after the eligibility window described below.
4. How to request a refund
