Iniciotax-AI is a technology platform that assists salaried individuals in preparing and filing their Income Tax return (ITR-1). We provide tools for document processing, reconciliation and refund estimation. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with the Income Tax Department of India.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
• Review your return carefully before authorising it to be filed.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Accuracy of information

While our platform uses AI to extract and reconcile data, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information before filing. Iniciotax-AI is a filing-assistance tool and does not replace professional tax advice.

5. Fees and payments

Certain services may require payment of fees, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, design and trademarks on the platform are the property of Iniciotax-AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iniciotax-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Iniciotax-AI harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
