Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Iniciotax-AI, operated by Iniciospace Management Private Limited. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Iniciotax-AI helps eligible resident individuals prepare and file ITR-1 (Sahaj) with salary income through a WhatsApp conversation, assisted by AI and document OCR. It is a private assistant and is not affiliated with the Income Tax Department or any government body.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident individual eligible to file ITR-1, and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Review the details and documents before approving your return.
- Keep your account and credentials secure and file within applicable deadlines.
- Use the service lawfully and not misuse or attempt to disrupt it.
Filing & accuracy
We prepare your return from the information you provide and confirm. You are responsible for reviewing and approving it. Final responsibility for an accurate and timely return rests with you. See our Disclaimer.
Fees
Fees for the service, if any, will be communicated before you are charged. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply as per law. Final pricing: To be announced.
Intellectual property
The service, including its content and software, is owned by Iniciospace Management Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction as specified upon finalisation (2nd Floor, Plot 264/265 HD-040, Vaswani Chambers, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli Shivaji Nagar, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400030 — jurisdiction to be confirmed by the company).
