Compliance
Income Tax Return filing is performed through authorized Income Tax Department interfaces after required approvals and credential issuance. Iniciotax-AI is not the Income Tax Department and is not an approved e-Return Intermediary yet.
Future ERI integration
Returns will be submitted through the Income Tax Department's authorized interfaces once the required approvals and credentials are in place. We are preparing for e-Return Intermediary (ERI) onboarding and do not claim to be an approved ERI today. Until then, the product operates in a controlled, review-first mode.
