Scope
This policy covers fees charged by Iniciospace Management Private Limited for the Iniciotax-AI service. It does not relate to any income-tax refund from the Income Tax Department, which is determined and paid by the tax authorities.
Eligibility
- If the service could not be delivered due to a fault on our side, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the service fee.
- Fees for work already completed (for example, a return already prepared and filed at your approval) may be non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility for specific plans will be stated at the time of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email iniciospace@gmail.com with your details and the reason for the request. We may ask for information to verify the request.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. Exact timelines and any plan-specific terms are To be announced and will be confirmed at purchase.
