- Transparency: we explain where AI is used in plain language — see AI Transparency.
- Accuracy & honesty: we do not overstate what AI can do, and we work to reduce errors.
- Privacy & security: we use data only to provide the service and protect it per our Security and Privacy practices.
- Fairness: we aim to serve eligible users equitably and to avoid unfair outcomes.
- Accountability: we maintain human oversight and a way to raise concerns.

AI systems can make mistakes and do not replace professional advice. We encourage you to review your details carefully and to seek professional guidance for complex situations.
